What I imagine they foresaw, was a decision being reached upon review of said documents, that not only is Obama ineligible to run in the 2012, but that he is actually also ineligible to hold the office he currently holds; and that were the documents found to be fraudulent, that this would mean that the position he currently holds, is being held fraudulently.
This would mean not only impeachment and a rendering void of all Obama has signed, but criminal charges.
...Now given this list - What did Obama and his lawyer/s imagine the possible ramifications to be, were they to have appeared with fraudulent documents? When we got to my state's Republican Convention, we went to meetings, and listened to speeches, and then it was declared that McCain got our states Delegates. I was dumbfounded. @1776iscoming I too am done voting for the lesser of two evils. My state in the last election got rid of two Democrats and replaced them with two Republicans. I'm sure it was because they voted for Obamacare. When they got in, they both voted to raise the debt ceiling. I'm going to vote against the Republicans the next time they are up for re-election. The Naturalization Act of 1790 DOES make this requirement and various officials have argued in favor, but the Supreme Court has never weighed in on the definition. The fact that his mother was a US citizen seems to be enough for the FEC, But if the documents of his birth location are ruled forged then there is a case. This is the first case EVER to make it past the gatekeeper.

@BeantownJim I'm from Atlanta where Obama was to appear in Fulton County Court. Expected Decision will be announced on February 5th - according to the Judge. @Dolphster69 I actually was a delegate for my district in the last Presidential election for Ron Paul. They wouldn't let me vote for him. I didn't even get to vote. When we got to my state's Republican Convention, we went to meetings, and listened to speeches, and then it was declared that McCain got our states Delegates. I was dumbfounded. On the ride home, we were like, "What the hell just happened?"

I have no doubt that the establishment, globalist parts of both parties(the high majority) have the same goals, just different rates of speed to get us there. As much as I disagree with Paul on some issue and am very disappointed he decided to ignore Barry's ineligiblity, he's the only non-globalist in the race this year and will not expand gov't. @1776iscoming I too am done voting for the lesser of two evils. My state in the last election got rid of two Democrats and replaced them with two Republicans. I'm sure it was because they voted for Obamacare. When they got in, they both voted to raise the debt ceiling. I'm going to vote against the Republicans the next time they are up for re-election. As for the Presidency, I kind of like Newt, but if it is Romney, I'm not going to vote for either him or Obama.

if obama is taken off the GA ballot that should make it easier to prove he is not qualified to hold the office of president. Now the hard part is finding a federal court judge that is not corrupt or that accepts bribes but instead follows the law.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 DOES make this requirement and various officials have argued in favor, but the Supreme Court has never weighed in on the definition. The fact that his mother was a US citizen seems to be enough for the FEC, But if the documents of his birth location are ruled forged then there is a case. This is the first case EVER to make it past the gatekeeper.

WISH they had a better sound system during the court hearing streaming. It was MEGA hard to hear what was being said "underwater gurgling sound" plus a guy kept coughing and clearing his throat next to the MIC. Added to this very unprofessional video was the fat lady in front of the camera fanning herself. Towards the middle of the hearing the judge didn't appear to be interested 'or' he was nervous of Orly's questioning & testifying status. At this point in time I don't have high hopes?

The judge initially wanted to do that and then someone made a case for a continuation. I guess the judge caved. But Feb 5 is the drop-dead date. You would think he would have had at least "somebody" there with bells on but the person who did finally stand up wasn't the attorney of record. Not sure what's going on.

As to what the actual cause of the delayed decision is unknown but look for the decision on the 5th of February. By the way, great proof was presented in court. I hope this helps. Peace.

@Divine83 really? not: the national debt, do-nothing congress, lack of financial stability, EU financial crisis, healthcare that doesn't work for any perspective....
At least focus on real issues, not trying to prove Obama isn't a legitimate citizen for the 100th time. If I was him, I would laugh at this trial as well.
On a side note, Obama doesn't have a 'lawyer', he has an army of lawyers. This little rant doesn't even make sense.

@pwhazard You do not care that we have a president that is NOT a citizen of the USA? I do not know about you, but I want a citizen of America as my President not some illegal person. If he is innocent, then why didn't he show up for court and prove he is not lying? Truth is that he is lying and knows he is lying. Why do you think he is spending this country into debt?
