Wouldn't it actually be Jack Napier who fell into the chemical vat rather than the red hood? Plus you could've had Napier saying 'You ever danced with the devil by the pale moonlight' when Batman is remembering the night of his parents' murder.

Jack Napier was the version of Tim Burton's film. And in the comics, not even the Joker is sure who he is or was. But the closest to the close, he had a wife and was poor. Red Hood was his cover when he went to steal.
