To me it looks as thought it's a Cruise Missel, with not a payload I side but carrying a 500 lb bomb on the belly. So basically Iran has made a reusable Cruise Missel that returns to base somehow, I didn't see the landing gear.

Mr.Piroozz, If by "QM-1" you are referring to the original MQ -1(1995) is long gone. The US Military has many Drone models currently in production that have superior capabilities to the Karrar (advanced Reaper, top secret versions of the Global Hawk, Dark Star, Hunter-Killer, etc). Lastly the US has many systems to stop mass drone attacks (the Phalanx laser, LADS System, and other more secret weapons). You do not have any idea what Iran would face if they were foolish enough to attack the US.

Such a drone made by the US is about 5 million dollars while I don't think Iran makes them more expensive than 100 thousand dollars.

This is what UAV's are supposed to be - cheap, short range (presumably, and which is just fine for a defensive strategy), road mobile, independent of runways, FAST, and parachute recovered. Well according to probability theory if you unleash four (A) systems the probabilty of hit is (1-(1-0.7)^4)=99.19%, but if you unleash one (B) system the prob. of hit remains 95%. So th answer to which system you would chose is obvious.

His radar range is 1000 km and it can identify targets in this range.
