Both options give players unlimited Social District access, which is where stuff players can create and sell stuff made using the in-game tools, such as clothing, tattoos, decals, music, etc. $9.99/month gives you unlimited Action Districts access, which are the mission and competition sectors of the game. And $6.99/month gives a player 20 hours worth of Action District access, which is geared more towards casual players.

1. Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I might play long driving mission/gameplay bits with the gamepad, but I don't see how anyone would replace kb&m for the shooting mechanics, not to mention the customisation part. However if one wants to play with his PC hooked to a HDTV from the couch... than that's a different story. :)

2. Obviously, you can see some in other videos. It's work in progress however...

man i was looking forward to this game but that looks a bit cack. lifeless environment with no character, a shitload of popup even on the PC version, hardly any peds, crap looking vehicle handling, an abundance of fog and extremely bland looking textures. it seriously looks like a prototype build, there is hardly anything in the environment.

I got mixed feelings about Unreal Engine 3. I think overall Crackdown & GTA4 look better, but this does have more players per server than either of those.

Still I notice a lot of UE3 games have the same 'look'. I still don't understand what it is. Something about the way the engine does basic lighting? The bloom and/or filters?

As far as the game itself, it's just gotta really prove that it's more than GTA4 online, if you know what I mean.
