it shots to .mov, so it's practically built for Macs. Who really uses the bundle software anyways. You're better off with iMovie, and I'm better off with Premiere Pro.

From my research, I've decided to go with the Zi6, due to the replaceable batteries, expandable memory, and larger screen. The only thing I figure the Flip Mino HD has over the Zi6 is the fact that the device itself is a little prettier, which is no big deal to me, hehe.

It's a little bit smaller as well, obviously. I went with the Zi6 as well, and I haven't been let down yet =o. The low-light recording is a touch disheartening, but I still like it better than the flip. The only thing I don't like is that I have to plug it into my computer upside down, and I don't know how stable that is x_x

Through images & video of the Zi6, I was trying to determine whether or not it would plug in upside down in my MacBook, so I'm glad you mentioned this. I guess I'll have to see if I can dig up an old usb hub or something, because that just seems a bit sketchy, hehe. Good to know!

you can get the video off it by click and drag but the software doesn't work which if you have a Mac you'll have iMovie which you'll of corse want to use... Well in my opinion...

Really? I was thinking of getting the Flip Mino, and just saw an advert for this on tv and was thinking did HD mean Hard Drive or High Definition? and checked it out. Is it definitely better in your opinion than the flip mino? and how good is the quality? how much space does each video take up, cause I saw it only came with 128mb or onboard memory

People stop argueing abotu mac and pc being better!! They both are good and both have advantages - macs being powerful and looking amazing with great interfaces - pcs being cheaper and haveing mroe software available.

Neither will fade, they will both be there and there will always be people buying both of them.
