This is what an economic downturn does, apparently. I wonder how much money they saved on animation? I've got to say, eight Endless Eights made the final one one big relief. I swear though, a small army was probably ready to march on Kyoto about week 7.

I don't think they saved on ANYTHING. They animated different angles and redubbed all the lines.

So each episode would have cost the same as any other episode they made.
