I don't think it's fake cause its a real fact that penguins do that. In "The Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins he gives this exact example; that penguins push each other into the water in order for them to see if there is any danger such as a whale, a polar bear or anything that might eat them. Its quite mean, but funny how selfish they are. =P
