hey, I was just wondering what the ground rules are for these matches. I'm a big fan of MMA and I've been fighting most of my life. I'm thinking of joining Philly MMA soon, so if you could, could you tell me the rules of the MMA matches please??
Makunouchi, These amatuer matches are perfect for the student that would like to compete in pro MMA and are a good stepping stone. We use the USKBA amatuer rules for these matches. Some of these guys have one month experience and others have a lot more. We keep it safe enough so there are never any serious injuries.
