I wonder why Pete kind of smirks after saying "This s a song from Tommy." You think it's because he knows it's really a Sonny Boy Williams song (credited to SBW on the Tommy CD) and wonders if the crowd even knows he didn't write it? I dunno. I could be way off on that. Anyway, great Jam. Pete is the MAN. Nice visit from David Gilmour there.
This was an outstanding concert...I was there in the front row. They had taken out all of the seats in the theater and the audience was great. The Faith Brothers were the warm up act. I'd like to find this show on DVD.
I was there too. Simon Phillips did a blinding solo during the song Blue Lite. Night Train was also a blinder that sadly doesn't feature on either the video or CD.
