sorry i cant its not that easy just to make a animation like this . Especially if your a beginner. You can make animation using paint (which i know is a common program everyone has) but i learned how to make animation by myself just playing around testing things out one day. Sorry I cant help you. What I did is draw the picture without a mouth, saved it, then added a tiny bit of there mouth, saved it and made there mouth open wider each time :p
