I bought the Atmosphere OST CD and this song was labelled as "dandelion".

The confusion arises from fact that earlier releases of the Atmosphere OST CD had only included the instrumental version of dandelion and have mistakenly left out the vocals with the vocals. Many people have then thought that dandelion refers only to the instrumental track.

Lantis reprinted a corrected version a few months after. I believe "L'aura" is one of the movements which make up dandelion.
