your missing the mayo mixed with the vegetables. Your supposed to mix the mayo with chopped bell peppers etc... then you fry on a pan.....that's what gives it the true la dog taste

I got to say you did a perfect job on that LA street hotdog, there supper good I just gotta buy me one every time I head downtown LA and or the alley, one time this lady gave me one with guacamole and damn that thing was spicy haha :D

I'm going to say that it's preferable NOT to use toothpicks to secure the bacon mainly because it breaks the hot dog casing and i'd like to keep the juices in until I bite into the dog.
