  • @NavyMedicUSMC It is in Greece in Thessaloniki. When we were staying in the city in last winter.

  • All the power comes from the hips so try using that power

  • Turn in your hips when you kick... visualise kicking THROUGH the bag in stead of just on it

  • When you round kick the bag, you need to roll your hip over more. This is achieved by pivoting on your toes to turn your base foot's heel toward the target (bag). This will allow your hips to roll over and your kicking force will be perpendicular to the bag instead of at a 45 degree upward angle. You will hit with greater force and better safety for your knees.

  • @Eric3Frog Thanks for advice. I know I don't have good technique. I am having fun. I am working on good technique so I can have stronger punch and kick! haha! It is always great to get an advice!
