  • love to use greek yogurt as a sub for the low-fat -- i freeze it for a few hrs, then scoop it out, has a nice ice cream texture.

  • I have been eating Turky products and I have omitted pork. I didn't know they had Turkey Pepperoni. Love the video Chef Shawn! More cooking videos please.

  • if the yoghurt and the whipped cream aren't low in sugars too the whole "we're saving on fat" -thing won't get u anywhere far

  • Ur a chef??? I had no idea! Awesome! : ) How long did you have to go to school?

  • That is so simple yet good for you! Thx Chef Shawn!

    Shalom & Blessings!

  • I do something similar; greek yogurt with a tablespoon of honey, strawberries and nuts for crunch and (more) protein. It's not low fat that way, but it's good fat? I'll let Shawn settle the score on that one.

  • that looks really good can't wait to try it
