  • lol i cant do a split cartwheel back or front flip buuuutt i can turn my self into a bowl and take off my glasses with my feet... i am tring out for cheerleading next yr any poiters or stretch tips plzz

  • @livikane Yea four days :) but thats because i stretched for 2 hours every night & 30 min every morning & i pushed my self every hard , and thank you ! i'll need it :] hope you make the team also :)

I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE!!! haha but i got my split kinda...i was almost to the floor and i was like "i think i can go lower." so i went a little lower...then i was like "i think i can go a little farther.." so i did and i popped my back leg...i was just like "did i just pop my leg??" and then i got up and my leg felt really weird and loose...it actually kinda hurt the next day but im cool now..im afraid i might hurt myself if i do my split again :(
