Last weekend Fabrizio shows, that he could defeat this american guy also if the japanese bike doesn´t run short of fuel.

Fabi won heat 2 and Spies was well down in 5th place...

Haga made a 1. and 2. place ( in first and second race ) to complete the triumph of that little italian factory over the nippon empire ( Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki )

I believe SBK is base on street bikes and MotoGP  are one off's.

For most street riders, they felt a better association with SBK since the series is based on the actual street bikes they might have owned.

They ran out of gas because the race was red flagged and restarted and they never filled it up again. It was the crews fault. Still and awesome race, best WSBK season ever!
