hi, this is a nice photo, how do you get the background in black? Have you process that in Photoshop or it is because the flash is directed to the person?
For anyone that's interested; the lights/strobes were Yongnuo 560's @ 1/8th power inside 'klip-It' pasta containers (waterproof and airtight). Just in case, the strobes were sitting on LARGE bags of silica gel. Metered @ f8 with a Gossen Luna Pro F.
The Yongnuo 560's will cycle at 8FPS at 1/8 power or less...ideal :)
Not sure I'd be too happy about swimming in a pool with 2 heavy duty lights for close comfort.

As a reference, which camera setting did you use?

@alexmita1 The background is black because we were shooting at max sync speed (1/250 sec) - that effectively kills the ambient light.
