the vocals are from some jamiroquai song. Can't remember the song off-hand, but shouldn't be too hard to find.

The music is Tell me Why by Supermode. But Supermode is covering Bronski Beat. Bronski Beat's version of Tell Me why is much better, I think. Sweet and plaintive and energetic.
