There are children getting abused and dying everyday in America yet alot of the CPS workers could give a hoot. They're in it for the Money. I kno they selfishly take away children from good homes or with no evidence and while those kids are getting emotionally depressed not being with there family there are other kids getting killed,raped and abused but CPS is too busy messing with GOOD parents. Karma will catch up to them.

My friend has been harassed by people and they kept making up lies like her feeding bleach to her daughter and abusing her, threatening to call CPS when my friend would never hurt her daughter. Her apartment may not be the cleanest but she is still a good mom.

My friend had CPS called on her because this one girl who is a compulsive liar was at her apartment one day (first time she was there she never even went into the kitchen) but the following day CPS came by my friends and said they had a call that the house was filthy, no food, baby looked dirty, etc. It was all a big lie, the house was clean apart from some toys but everything else was completely false.

And as for the title of this video... I don't know anything about your case but I can say that signs of abuse or neglect aren't always visible just by looking at the child. Anyone with any sense would know that. Yes, there are serious issues with CPS, I've encountered nutcase caseworkers myself but if you want to fix the problems, start with the foster care agencies who govern the foster homes because that's their sole job and why they're there. CPS has nothing to do with monitoring them.

CPS is not an adoption market and anyone who says that don't know what the hell they're talking about. There are thousands upon thousands of children in state care and they're having a terrible time finding homes for all of them. As for foster parents, foster care agencies are who licenses and monitors foster families. Mine was extremely rigid and has the kids removed for even the slightest of mistakes. Others do not. That has nothing to do with CPS.

When I needed respite care, the foster parents that had my baby, decided right then and there to FILE ADOPTION PAPERWORK with the cps branch that placed him. They have him to this day. As long as the children are in foster care, and NOT sent back home, the state gets money for each child that they would NOT get if the child went back home! THAT is why so many are in the system.

I helped a guy get his kids back from CPS just by typing him up a simple Notice of Claim which I had him send to the Attorney generals office. He was trying for a whole yr to get his kids back. When he sent my claim in, they gave him back his kids like the next day LOL :)
