I heard of this show but never saw it until first seeing it on the Me-TV channel and nowing owning it on DVD. Anne Francis was a very talented actress and ahead ofher time.
I met a woman whose first and middle names were Anne and Francis. She was about the same build and blonde too. I wonder if her dad fancied Anne and married a woman who looked like Anne before naming their daughter Anne Francis. I've heard of similar things with Marylin Monroe. Unfortunately, the Anne I met was married to the most jealous husband ever. Don't let him catch you even looking at her.
Hey, you're right about Steve Ihnat playing two different Garths! Can't recall that ever happening--one actor, two different characters but same name. EXCEPT for Tor Johnson playing a character named Lobo in both "Bride of the Monster" and "The Unearthly." Anyway, Anne never looked better than she did on "Honey West." She looked beautiful in her 1950s films, but seemed to really develop a womanly sexiness as she entered her 30s. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for posting, can anyone remember when women dressed in those outfits (tiger girl) and it was called sexist? Today the women wear nothing and women say nothing? I prefer the tiger strips it's more sexy. Women in tv, film don't know how to be sexy today, just naked, what a shame. I read someone wanted waif Resse Witherspooon to play Honey? That's like Chris Rock as John Shaft (the Roundtree Shaft).
@htrrz i can't agree more! I've taken a liking to 1960's women in movies/tv such as anne francis. i'm 24 years old and most of the women in my generation are just talentless, nude whores who have no class and parade themselves around hollywood trying to be the raunchiest. i have an old soul i guess.
@DKMAN86 If you like this look up Raquel Welch Fathom on utube, you will really see the beauty of the 1960's, you will like most want toget the DVD of Fathom.

Holy cow. I forgot how beautiful she is in Honey West. I thought she was hot in Forbidden Planet but now it seems she was just a kid there.
