This video brought me to tears. One of my children has fine motor issues. We created the same type of "therapy" classroom in our guest bedroom in my home. The Handwriting w/o tears is a WONDERFUL and EFFECTIVE program that brought and continues to bring wonderful results through its use with my young one.
@therapy3471 Tee! Hee! Those two will be the next MaryMary but they are going to preach more than sing! Ha! I think that I am going to put that chalk paint on our study table in our home classroom. Then I can pull the Chalk board off of the wall and have more room for their "art gallery."
@Zaharam2 If it's an old table with dents, you may want to use wood filler first. I wish I would have done this to that desk because it's not as smooth as I would like it. Good luck :)
@therapy3471 Thanks for the tip! I use our old breakfast nook eating table in there. I think that I will tape it off at the edges prior to paintig, so that it will have a neater finish as well. When I told the children about the idea they were so excited.

@Zaharam2 Ah thank you! I just listened to your daughter's sermon :) I love the Wet/Dry/Try. I use that technique with a lot of my students.
