    That's around 2 portions for an active adult eating a healthy high carb diet.

    Maybe you're a doctor but your certainly not a nutritionist.

    Eat healthy.... buy chocolate in bulk, WTF!!!?

  • i love youtube. i been shaking and having head aches for the past 5 days and im freaking out

    im never eating fast food agian and im only buying healthy food i cant take this anymore.
