As for the rating, it's rated R in Canada, so the rating process is different areas.
The 1950's element is done fantastically well, from the dialogue to the cinematic clichés. Loved it.

I'm sorry, Dr D, but your voice is too soft... I can't really make out your review - and my speakers are turned up as high as they'll go.
