i actually used lumigan which is a comparatively cheaper substitute for latisse on my eyebrows and the lost hair have grown back ! so i'd say it works wonders.

I actually just found an answer for my acne scars, as I've already tried a variety of peelings with small results and I don't have courage and time enough for a laser treatment, I might try to find those scar "lifting" treatments. Dr i saw a video from skin sos they have a solution for removing keratosis.They have a video on youtube and i tried including it but it won't allow it. Is this actually possible? I have seen your videos that it is a sign of aging and normal, but I very much dislike the look of them. Is there any other method of removing them? Would a product like this work?

My husband also ask, how to get rid of really big scars on his chest. He had have these for years and they wont go away. I use La Roche Posay sunscreen because it has UVA and UVB protection, but I could only find it in SPF 50. Is it okay to use a sunscreen with such a high SPF? I'm only outside for about 30 minutes on any given day. What sunscreen do you recommend to your patients?

@ginevra1463 Hydroquinone is the best way as far as chemicals are concerned. If you want to try more natural methods, look for kojic acid products.

Great Idea!!! Question: Are chemical peels (tca peel 12.5%) safe on dark skin? Is it wise to use retin A up to the day of the peel, if not how many days do u suggest not using it before and after? TCA peel(12.5%), salicylic acid peel, glycolic acid and lactic acid, of all peel which would be more effective in treating acne scars in dark skin...

this is a great idea! love it! a question i hope u see! i have acne scarring, my skin has improved bc of regular exfoliating. i have been considering buying a bleaching cream for spot treatment but aside from the fact that in the past products always seemed to get into my eyes they also weren't effective. i'm also worried abt discoloration & increased sensitivity to the sun. can u suggest an effective & safe cream to even out my skin tone? thanx! more vids on hair please!!!!
