I told him the beta had it back, and he swears he has DL the beta. Plus I have bought 4 webcams in my lifetime and each came with it's own software to record, and the last two laptops I have bought with built in webcams have had software to record. I told him to blame Apple, that is his OEM that he bought from that didn't include Windows software for his isight webcam.
@ReadWriteAccess the beta has it but only for windows 7, he has vista. I don't have any capture for my webcam but it is an el cheapo. And yeah you'd think Apple would provide some utility for windows, i can remember having to screen & isight capture on a mac for a cs assignment people had all sorts of problems with sound & etc, apples support for windows really isn't that great.
