I love the vibe of this film. very etheral and really special. The sound of the flute is haunting. i just came back from Artizona and i'm on a kokopelli kick right now!
There is giant Kokopelli geoglyph in the lower Colorado River basin near Blythe, California and it is about to be destroyed by a solar panel company (Genesis) trying to take advantage of stimulas monies. A small group of people from the area including members from the Chemehuevi tribe are trying to stop the destruction but we need help. Help save the kokopelli geoglyph!!!
That was a lovely story. There's parallels with the European story Jack and the Beanstalk. It's amazing how many stories seem to have their own versions in vastly different cultures worldwide, presumably because they are universal truths.

The hump carries burdens for sustaining human life...

I've heard credible anthropologists speculate that KoKo's humped back was really a burden basket.

I love Kokopelli :)
But where's Kokopelmana's love?! Pfft.
I took a trip to Arizona recently, and I bought so much tacky Kokopelli stuff, it's almost funny.
