I was doing a seach for your final cut pro tutorials on your home page The problem is videos like this have final cut pro in the tag, even though it doesn't really talk about it. can you refine your tags so they are indicative of the content rather than acting almost lie a course tag that wil associate any FCP topic with apple. I knew this would happen (in relation to Nokia). It's standard practice. I don't think Nokia ever wanted to "win". These kind of cases normally end up being setteled out of court when a counter suite is filed. Nokia will get some money from Apple and Apple will get some money from Nokia and they can notch it up as a PR win by "beating the competition" in some way. It's funny when companies sue Apple for patent infringement, Apple just come back with the patents THEY'RE infringing lol.

Eric im with you that google needs to enforce privacy buts its a free service. I mean microsoft even has a search provider. Apple needs to get one. Google is only great because its revolutionized search. Same reason apple is so great it revolutionized Computing in my opinion.

apple time and time again has shown they don't care about gaming much. When it comes to games Nintendo owns the market. apple will do great with there 1$ games. but when it comes to real gamea apple cant compare . mac needs more games before apple runs out and makes a console. apple would have almost no first party software in gaming. they would need to buy companys before they could push into gaming
