1) This track is dubstep.

2) Tracks are genrally remixed into a new genre, so regarless of whether it was a jungle track before, this is still dubstep.

My problem with dubstep is for most there is an obligation to like anyhting that is dubstep, because of how 'dirty' a bassline is and not to judge a song on its own merit.
