@AbsoluteMonarchist i came up with my own understanding on this..tune the open E [6th string] to the 5th string 7 fret...just try it :))) i done it just right now... :)))

My friend showed me a easy way to tune a half step down. Just put a capo on the first fret then tune to standard. When you take off the capo it will be tuned a half step down.

i dont get the 5th fret method, do all the strings have to sound like the 6th string on the 5th fret?

@maxprezas92 hey dont know if uv mastered it yet, but what he means is to tune it as u wud in standard tuning.

Press the E string on the 5th fret and tune ur open A string to sound the same as the one your pressing.

then press the A string on the 5th fret & tune the open D string to sound like the one your pressing

D 5th fret to get G in tune

press the G string on the 4th fret to get the B string in tune

and then 5th fret of B string to get top e.

then follow the vid to get 1/2 step down
