No. All you need is your high school diploma or your GED plus a clean BG record and MVR.
We are needing help like crazy and we are working on about 50 new recruits at the moment. And YES, all new officers will be sent to the high call areas in Chattanooga.
The city will begin annexation within the next 4 years, and we will need even more officers then.
i might not get it. Cause the UTC police got me for DUI which i didn't have. The Blood test i had was negative. And they still won't take it off my record. I can't get into truck driving cause of that.

Well right now they are working on building a volkswagen plant.
once that gets built there will be lots of suppliers build around it...which means lots of jobs.
Which is good for me in this current situation.
