In all honesty, the "butt dyno" can't feel 4 HP, however, this is the best sounding BMW exhaust I've heard. I definitely want one for my E46 330i.

Hi...thanks. It weight are 60 lb with the hardware in the box, in the car the aprox weight are 52 lb, and it doesn´t need any welding, this its a complete pulg and play hardware. Bye

It´s the best cat-back exhaust!!! but yes...the UUC TSE3 are so expensive...with shipping to Miami, I paid $1142...
