  • great work on the lats... what routine(s) did you use?

  • At that time for roughly 3 weeks I was only doing wide/close grip pull ups. Around 10 sets of 10 reps. My back responds quickly to training though. i was curious to see what it looked like on video. Thanks for the comment.
