@MyleneJ No, only first class has its own access point. Business class requires the window passenger to climb over the aisle passenger when the seat is reclined. Even when it's up, it causes a disturbance.. I have flown both classes of service.
Air Canada's executive first is far superior--everyone has their own access. British Airways is another example. I cannot fathom why United would have upgraded in this manner when other airlines already had superior products.
@SQ163 There are a lot of great airlines In the US the thing that depends is your budget and where your goeing Continental Delta and United have Lie flat seats on MOST international flight also US.Airways has lie flat seats on most international flights.I hope this helps.
I guess I like UA..... I am the person in middle of my default picture.... Yes, a recently former UA Purser Flight Attendant..... In the 80's I flew for PanAm World Airways.
I think this is a good attempt for UA. It's not that bad and their new first and biz seats are better than Delta's or AA's. I took one of their newly upgraded 767-300's to Buenos Aires and it was actually refreshing. HOWEVER, what UA needs to catch up on is Flight Attendant performance and attitude. Bitter service, too military-like, outdated uniforms and a flight attendant who I saw eating off the snack nuts bowl which they were preparing to serve.
oh don't make such a big deal about fully flat seats, British Airways made them like 10 years ago before this video was uploaded...

At over $5,000 you'd BETTER "put the customer first".

I love Cathay business. London to HK couldn't be more comfortable... Well, yes, Cathay First, but that's something I can't afford...

It doesn't matter if you like the layout or not; it's still way better than economy.

I rode United's Business on an International flight and it sucked horribly.

Could not agree with you any more. They are worse than the old ones. Who designed these seats. They think its a pinnacle in business class cabins
