  • The comments with the most thumbs up make no sense. The reason people arent understanding is because you have the title put with BIG BICEPS NOT EXPLOSIVE TRAINING..... YOu miss lead the viewers. You get abs by losing body fat no working them you already have themm. And theres no way you will ever build big biceps that way, but you will become fast and explosive maybee.

Xiao is a martial artist and is very explosive...so that's how he trains.. he knows his personal limits, he knows if an exercise doesn't feel right or if it feels good. so haters. The word impossible doesn't exist, you keep at what your doing, and get stronger, faster, more flexible and higher stamina! I also do this sort of training, and as I do I go through the set of emotions (anger, happiness, sadness, emptiness).

  • You lifted these weights fast man, shouldn't you contract it more, and concentrate the muscle lifting rather than doing it ultra fast? Or is that how this exercise was suposed to be?

  • I hope people understand this an advanced exercise, not something to be attempted if you're just starting out. Other than that, good compound exercise. Can you get injured doing this? Sure, but you can get injured do any exercise if your body's not up to it. It takes a certain level of fitness to be able to handle to handle the stress a move like this gives.

    that's an oxymoron ... I don't recommend this workout either though, unless you have absolutely no back issues whatsoever and have thoroughly warmed up your entire back/core before hand, also start out with a very light weight obviously.
