You get abs by losing body fat no working them you already have themm. And theres no way you will ever build big biceps that way, but you will become fast and explosive maybee.

that's an oxymoron ... I don't recommend this workout either though, unless you have absolutely no back issues whatsoever and have thoroughly warmed up your entire back/core before hand, also start out with a very light weight obviously.
