The shuttle's main fuel tank is full of liquid hydrogen at -253°C. Not to mention condensation is going to adhere to the craft and break off as it freezes in space. Don't get me wrong there are a number of good UFO cases, but this is not it.

It's obviously debris of some sort, most likely brought up by the shuttle, but it's not condensation. Condensation is water vapor and can not form in the vacuum of space. You need an atmosphere to have condensation.
