@SHTFzombies You can actually a good car for 18 to 20k. Just look on Craigslist or E-bay. Sometimes private sellers will sell them for that much. My friend got his for $18,000 and drives his every weekend with minimal problems.

The angle drive that gives the speedo it's reading breaks on D's hardcore frequently. Some people can't even keep theirs working for more than a day after a brand new one's been installed. Their kind of a PITA part of the car. Lol.

82 was the last year the company was in business. However a few hundred 83's were buily by Consolidated Industires. The last one built by them was 24k gold plated. It's now owned by a gentleman in Maine.
