If i may give you two tips for the motherbrain fight then here goes something:
1) Take of your two suits when she makes the crazy beam thingy. You should've damaged her so much that it is the last one.
2) (Only if its a glitched run, sorry only saw this last one :| ) Use the "VAR" attack. She dies faster that way :p
But it looks like a pretty good run though :p
Gl+hf if you are gonna beat teh world record :)

Be sure to watch the Metroid retrospectives to get a good idea of the storyline over Gametrailers*com.
