That costume is good, and the blurriness is just right. However, if you wanted this to be a really creepy vid, you should have set it in the woods and filmed it from about fifty yards away through some light brush with a long unbroken shot. Show it laying or sitting, then walking on all fours for a bit, then as the "money shot" moment, have it stand up and start walking toward the camera. That would have made a good video and would have fooled a lot more people if that was your aim.

Watched a few more times and...I'm gonna rule out costume, based on the movements, the positioning and bend of back legs would be impossible, and the size/ proportions are way off for a human to fit in there. That leaves either cgi, puppetry, or....real? Hmmm...

It is a very good hoax! I needed some time to find out, that there are 2 guys in this suit. I stabalized the video and added contrast. then you can see it clearly. The face has very big eyes and its a further detail to reveal the hoax.

When the creature stands up, the guy at the back of the suit lifts up the guy in the front part. They cut that part out, probalby because it went wrong some times :P

I'm slightly skeptical, but don't take it the wrong way. I want to believe, I just want something convincing. This looks somewhat real. Its not 3D as far as I can tell, but I'm no expert. It could easily be some dude in a cool-ass costume though. After all, the head movement and the lack of movement in the face leaves it sort of unconvincing.

If it is real, then why doesn't the farmer back up when it starts walking towards him in the last few frames?. animals are at their most dangerous when injured. Check out the Dark Crystal or the Return to Oz where similar looking costumes with elongated arms which could be walked upon were used

This looks real to me and I study digital media.There are no time lapses..hmmm this is incredible if its real.And I believe that it is.Someone had said the movements seemed mechanical but I disagree here is why.According to the structure of this creature its hind legs are bowed but extendible ,much like a horse with a backward knee accept extendible.Also the arms are very long ...it appears that the creature uses them to walk with as well,it can also stand upright much like a bear or a chimp.

fake or not fake. still kinda creepy. The way it stood up was pretty realistic for its body structure. If it is a fake. I would think more on the CGI side than animatronics, or a mix. Lookin at it again, could be costume with extensions inside which could be why it looked kinda realistic when it stood up, like a sleepy, lazy, big dog does. Whatever though, anything unexplained is intriguing to me because we as humans know so little about what's out there.
