Amen dude! They show rocket power in 3 in the MORNING! And they completely removed my favorite shows! I used to watch Nicktoons Network all the time when I was in 4th - 7th grade. That was when they had the good old Nicktoons. Now, all they show is crappy superhero cartoons, and some poorly done flash cartoons. I liked Kappa Mikey, but they show that at night. I really liked Corneil and Bernie, but they don't show that anymore. :(

Well, it's Viacom's fault NickToons channel and Nickelodeon channel are both failing miserably. Also, I like El' Tigre, but I don't care too much for that show. Plus, Tak and the Power of Juju wasn't that great and I don't like it that much although the games were okay(at least...).

Nicktoons network is going downhill, about the same speed as Nickelodeon did between 2003-2006. Nick started doing their own stuff instead of relying on animators who have the creative minds. The only shows that are keeping Nicktoons Network alive is Teenage Robot and El Tigre, if it wasn't for those 2 shows, Nicktoons would have been dead.

Actually, the live-action show Are You Afraid of the Dark is the Snick classic that was aired since probably 1992 or 1994, but they could've showed it on The N instead of airing it on NickToons Network. And also, MLAATR isn't that bad because it is the short from Oh Yeah! Cartoons Season 2(1999).

True, the ONLY movie based show that really worked out was Jimmy Neutron which began in 2002 until the show's quality dissipated in 2005. But the other movie related shows, I gave them an episode, and they were very boring, and I couldn't stand watching it after 2 minutes.
Yea, Nicktoons did took out sum the older shows like if it was nothing, I wonder if soon Boomerang will meet the same fate, well... I really hope now, I hope all the shows they used to show in Toonami will be shown in Boomerang soon, that would be an awesome change for that network. As for nicktoons, to put back the classic shows again.
Boomerang might suffer since Hanna Barbara is going to release a DVD of all of the classic Saturday Morning cartoons from the '60s and '70s on Tuesday. If I am not mistaken, I think the old Warner Brothers cartoons like Bugs and Daffy were on the B at one point, but stopped showing it to gain revenue from DVD sales. Oh well, soon Netflix will soon have even more subscribers. Now if Nick will release DVDs of all of the classic cartoons, then hey I can cancel cable and watch Netflix!
And to add to it, Nick will have LOTS of revenue if they do release all of their classic cartoons on DVD and Netflix. Right now, Nick is surviving on pens and needles right now.

I used to love Nickelodeon when I've first watch the channel in 1991, plus, Rugrats used to be my favorite childhood cartoon along with Doug and Ren & Stimpy. I didn't watch Cartoon Network until 1995 though... Plus, All Grown Up isn't that bad either although I don't watch it that much.=)

Well, flash animation is the new age of 2-D animation. They don't even use cell animation anymore. In fact, I think the very last show on Cartoon Network to ever use cells was Codename: Kids Next Door.

I agree. The NBB special got me weried that they will actually show the live-action series. Thank you Lord that they diden't.
They removed a bunch of shows that I loved such as: Catdog, Corneil and bernie, Invader zim, And best of all, HEY ARNOLD. GOD I miss hey arnold!
Now there showing crap that NICKELODEON should take care of. For example: Mighty fucking B, Back in the crappy barnyard, tak and the power of gayness, etc The ads are alright now, but I miss the old promos.

I never really liked Tak. I thought the games were bad enough and now they make a show about it. As for Barnyard most tv shows based off of movies do not tend to work out.

True, the ONLY movie based show that really worked out was Jimmy Neutron which began in 2002 until the show's quality dissipated in 2005. But the other movie related shows, I gave them an episode, and they were very boring, and I couldn't stand watching it after 2 minutes.

Yea, Nicktoons did took out sum the older shows like if it was nothing, I wonder if soon Boomerang will meet the same fate, well... I really hope now, I hope all the shows they used to show in Toonami will be shown in Boomerang soon, that would be an awesome change for that network. As for nicktoons, to put back the classic shows again.

Boomerang might suffer since Hanna Barbara is going to release a DVD of all of the classic Saturday Morning cartoons from the '60s and '70s on Tuesday. If I am not mistaken, I think the old Warner Brothers cartoons like Bugs and Daffy were on the B at one point, but stopped showing it to gain revenue from DVD sales. Oh well, soon Netflix will soon have even more subscribers. Now if Nick will release DVDs of all of the classic cartoons, then hey I can cancel cable and watch Netflix!

And to add to it, Nick will have LOTS of revenue if they do release all of their classic cartoons on DVD and Netflix. Right now, Nick is surviving on pens and needles right now.

All the stations went down-hill but I think Cartoon Network went down the most.
Boomerang is all we have left...better enjoy it while it is still good.

I used to love Nickelodeon when I've first watch the channel in 1991, plus, Rugrats used to be my favorite childhood cartoon along with Doug and Ren & Stimpy. I didn't watch Cartoon Network until 1995 though... Plus, All Grown Up isn't that bad either although I don't watch it that much.=)

I used to love Nictoon network I watched catdog, Wockos modrn life and much more but now they have shows like the secret show, Mr. Meaty, and other crappy shows. I hope cartoon network wont copy them and make Boomerang a piece of crap.

Another great station was Toon Disney.
I remember The Weekenders, Sonic, all them toon Disney shows like Chip and Dill, Brace-Face etc etc
Disney was cool too...shows like The Famous Jet-Jackson, Soo Weird, Even Stevens...some other shows I watched but I can't remember their names lol
Also those Disney movies were good like the Basket-Ball movie with the twins..all them...this was before that HSM crap.

Did you know there was a new (last episode) of the powerpuff girls last Monday. Its was a little bit crappy than normal episodes of the PPGs, but at least they showed the marthon, NICKTOONs are boring.

Well, flash animation is the new age of 2-D animation. They don't even use cell animation anymore. In fact, I think the very last show on Cartoon Network to ever use cells was Codename: Kids Next Door.
