The deputy, admits on his own "professional" opinion, that he felt the lockout was necessary, as he felt it was to dangerous to allow them to return. Subsequently, making them admit, they violated the Open Meetings Law, as the MCSA's attorney stated in the video.

Arpaio, has this community in a Police State, and thinks its OK, he needs to be held accountable.

Maricopa County jails are no longer accredited by a national health commission because the facilities failed to meet federal standards for care and county officials provided incorrect information to the accrediting agency, officials said.

The National Commission on Correctional Health Care sent Maricopa County administrators a letter late last week notifying them the group was pulling its accreditation of the county's jail system.

Arpaio also wrote that health care services are a "collaborative effort" between Correctional Health Services and Arpaio's office. 12 News asked Arpaio about the memo, which appears to acknowledge the sheriff's role in inmate health care
