Quicker on feet, first impression is that your taking most of the balls generally too high. Move back a bit further behind the ball before contact and hit more at waist height
Footwork. You need more energy when the ball is not on your side of the court. Here is a concept that few understand. You should be working harder when the ball is not on your side of the net. Hitting a tennis ball well depends more on balance, great footwork, and early preparation than anything else.
I wouldn't left your leg up on your forehand, its ok if both feet are up at the same time but not one on the ground and one not. It will keep you off balance if you do that.
on your forehand you stop on your backswing, so it's like having 2 stages to the backswing. You wind up but then stop, which means you break the kinetic chain your building up, this means that you might be working much harder than you need too. The sept 2007 bit of the clip it looks much smoother and better explosion onto the ball. The forehand volley follow through could be firmer, still need to be relaxed and loose but better racket head control after follow through
On your forehand you snap your wrist too much and you follow through below your shoulder. Also you need to extend your right arm more on your backswing.
Kids at my clinic including me much better but your still pretty good you need to work on your forehand don't lift your left leg up and on your volleys step into the ball and your on your back foot on your ground strokes lean foward into the ball
your good m8, but without following through on both the forehand and backhand, you are not going to be able to rotate the ball enough to put topspin on it and thats why ur hitting possibly too flat and pitching the ball up as a result. on voleys aswell m8 punch the ball with the racket by hitting the volley infront of u not next to u wich is y some were going out. all in all youve got great potential just keep practising! i am in the top 500 in world and i am going professional so yer
ur a great player with lots of potential, you just have to work on your follow through i see that you stop your swing. i also have noticed that you hit to flat, tell your coach to work on that a little bit
bro you are good but the termination in you forehand is low

Your forehand is too anemic, you should have more move in your left hand while you swing the racquet through the ball

You work to much behind the baseline! it works fine when you are 14 years old but when you become 16-17 you must play aggresive

tennisbru1 2 years ago
nice. But don't push and jump with both feet on the forhand, feel your weight on the right and only push up with that leg
durich1000 2 years ago
