The new release of Advent really is far superior to the original film, yes, but with so many revisions and footage additions, it's almost as good as a brand new movie. Consider the old version of AC... the sneak peek.

ACC was worth the money, and it is always good to own both versions of the film anyway because they are so very different. Not that I wouldn't rather watch Cloud take the Octaslash lol. Ow!

Hint hint: Get the new one too. You won't regret it.

@kongoldemon - why? making more money with it. people buy the Advent Children, because they waiting for this so long (my case) and than few years later they sell it again with some new and incredibly awesome scenes which are missing from the early version. And I think these scenes are important because with them can only the movie be more understandable for those who don't know or just knowing a little about Final Fantasy VII (best ever!)

...but the whole premise of Dirge of Cerberus was that if Vincent stopped Lucretia, none of the tragedies in the Crisis Core, the original FF7, Advent Children, and Dirge of Cerberus would have happened. Therefore, I think he should be in the list.

List in order of importance: Jenova, Shinra Company, Hojo, Lucrecia, Vincent.

No it's Kadaj. That part is from the beginning of Advent Children, where Elena and Tseng are attacked by the silver-haired men (in the original AC they don't show the actual event-just the audio of it). The guy you're thinking of is Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus.

It would seem that Square Enix has really cracked down on anyone who is attempting to upload the missing extended scenes from the new ACC release. I see so many channels being closed down because of it, and I was asked by SE to removed my 11 minute Dissidia video. Guess they aren't messing around anymore when it comes to our uploads. Because he emmerged from the crater where sephiroth fell. Kadaj and his gang are rremenants or literal fragments of what was left of sephiroth after he was defeated. Kadaj and the others were more or less born in the northern crater and didn't exist before then.

I have to say this is freakin awesome hell who would have thought the silver haired team's clothing is darkness Square became unoriginal with that one LOL. Though its interesting to see a lot of scenes revamped it almost looks like LAst Order is now officialy canon to FFVII I get me a PS3 now this loos absolutely amazing I wish Advent Children looked like this. This remake has me excited, man. I was having doubts as to whether or not to buy the movie re-release (as it meant needing to purchase a Blu-ray player), but after seeing this... I need no further incentive. I saw on some of the film's pre-order price slips that ACC is going to cost in the vicinity of $80. I'd pay $1,000 right now. That's how motivated these new scenes make me. This movie is going to be so killer!
