It is tragic that Yes continuies to tour with such a poor stand in for Jon, when Jon is touring now more than the band is. Jon is the voice of Yes. Please bring him back and get rid of the karoke
Yes Touring without Jon Anderson sorry but a lot of fans just don't want to see Yes without him. I'm not the only one who feels this way. It didn't work without him in Drama. Got nothing agianst Davis benoitle, and think they could maybe tour together and Jon do the classics and Davis do the new. Anyhowe wont be buying any tickets unless Jon is in the line up.
All this backlash against Trevor! I'm a die hard Yes fan since 1973--but I still recognize that Trevor saved the band and made it relevant again. I'm happy that Benoit is able to give the band a younger voice right now, but they need to bring Jon back at least singing some of the songs. Remember, from the fans point of view Jon was the soul of Yes.
IMHO, Howe is a much better composer than Rabin. Howes origionality and compositional imagination stand out. After seeing yes more than a dozen times over the years, I can only say that I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Rabin play both his own compositions,(not all bad), and his take on Howes guitar parts. I prefer Rabin live. I believe he is technically a better instrumentalist and I enjoyed the change of energy on stage. In the studio, I'll take Howe and his composing skill any day.
I don't get all the camera attention to Trevor Rabin. He wasn't in the band until much, much later than when this song was made. But then I guess it's just me. I like to see the guitarist who wrote it play it. Of course, that would make this video different from all the other Yes videos that focus on everyone but Steve when he's doing his best work. Too bad.
Love the mix, actually. Heavy on the rhythm section- no real interest in the DVD as it looks pretty static, but will def. pick up the CD's for the ol' music collection.

I like Trevor as much as Steve. Two different Guitar Players make the sound very great.

I won't buy this because watching Rabin play Yes music would spoil the whole thing for me.

Sorry....Trevor is like the black sheep in this band. He should only play on the songs he originally played on, in my opinion!
