I would love to see a video that shows how to set up SMB scan to a Mac and scan to e-mail.

It's very frustrating trying to figure this out. I'm not proficient on MACs and Keyocera doesn't give good info on how to set it up on KMAconnect.

Thanks for making these, I find them very instructional, except for the fact that you started to set up an SMB folder, but then showed scan to email.

It took me along time to figure the difference between SMB on a domain vs. a workgroup, and also the folder path.

We had ours working fine the first day, but now it doesn't work. We can scan to email, but not to the folder on our C:/ . Maybe I can steer IT to this video, and they can fix it again. Thanks for sharing.

Good luck. you might try turning the copier off and then on again using the switch on the side of the machine. sometimes that resolves issues. Also one thing this video is missing is installing ther ip address on the copier. which is the first step prior to this video.

what do you mean by "installing the ip address on the copier... ...first step prior..." How do you do this? Because I followed your steps and still can't scan to PC nor send e-mail.
