We had 2 small children with us and traveled with other families with small children. There were long waits and it was cold.

Thankfully, none of the people in our party - nor anyone else I encountered that day - complained as much as the people in this video. We all knew what to expect that day. It was well worth any inconvenience.

hard to feel bad for people, Bush declared a state of emergency for DC a week before the inauguration because he felt the city wouldn't be able to handle all the people. So either A.) enjoy the show from home or B:) attend a place everyone knows is going to be overwhelmed with crowds and DEAL WITH IT.
