  • Awesome vids, just finished watching the four Hyper vs. S1000RR clips. Really great stuff, both of you got skills, it's evident. Enjoy, keep posting the great videos and stay safe.

  • @smines3 Thanks mate...I should have some new videos coming soon...i pick up my new bike on friday :)

  • @imusbbored76 Damn, I just finished watching your crash report after being hit by that car. Sweet, what color did you go with for the 2012? I'm assuming you are getting another S1000RR? Funny thing that brought me here is I'm considering getting either an S1000RR or a Hypermotard Evo SP in the near future. Though they are hugely different, I've got reasons for wanting both and only room for one other bike at this time...damn tough choice, lol.

  • @smines3 Yep another S1K...Black on Black....The Hypermotard is probably easier to keep your license on, good for wheelies and will blitz most bikes in really tight stuff....But if you like brutal acceleration and scaring the shit out of yourself go the S1000RR lol.

  • @imusbbored76 Two great bikes for sure, still trying to decide. I'm currently riding an '04 BMW R1100S Boxer Cup and an '01 Kawi ZRX1200R, though I had a KTM SuperMoto before the BMW and had a real blast on it.

  • @imusbbored76 If you are bored while waiting for the new S1k have a look at my buddies and I up at Angeles Crest Highway yesterday here in Los Angeles. Check my friend, fast4d1 and look at the video titled Angeles Crest Feb 4. 2012. That's me out front on the Boxer Cup Replica, then a friend on his ZRX1100 and filming is Fast4d1 on his KTM Super Duke R.

  • @smines3 Just checking it out now.....Looks nice...If these are the sort of roads you ride definitely get the S1K...The Hypermotard is better on tighter bumpier stuff....What part of the States is this road in??

  • @imusbbored76 Just about 15 minutes north of Downtown Los Angeles, California. Ya, The Crest (California State Highway 2) is definitely a more wide open flowing turns kind of road. The R1100S loves it there, but I also had a blast on my supermoto. Choices, choices...

  • @smines3 I will have to google earth it.

Yeh lol many choices...The S1K isnt very well suited to my roads but I love the adrenaline rush i get from running it with the traction control off.

  • No mate, Victoria. Have fun.

  • @adamv1000 cheers :)

  • I don't understand "I don't use brakes" comment..?

  • @adamv1000 Try it....Just dont use yah brakes one day except to come to a complete stop or if yah really need to....Thats why Hyper keeps coming up on me so quick when we go into corners because im only using engine braking (and he is very skilled lol)...i have to set the corner up sooner....I love doing it...it teaches you to enter corners with more lean angle instead of standing it up so front dont wash under heavy braking....Its a good technique for smaller capacity bikes.

  • @imusbbored76 I do it so i dont ride fast not to save pads lol. Im using a fraction of the engine braking this bike is capable of. It has a slipper clutch and its not even revving to 10grand (14500 redline). My previous S1000's engine (ive owned 2) was fine when they broke it down. The superstock guys go directly from 5th to first in one go on the track all day. If i use brakes i go into racepace mode and this road is just way to dangerous for the speed this bike is capable of. You stay safe to.

  • @adamv1000 I hope i made sense lol

  • @adamv1000 Each to their own I guess, brake pads are cheaper to replace then engines IMO. Nice vid, ride safe mate.

  • @adamv1000 Are you in Queensland? we got a big ride coming up on sunday 30th...If yah keen.

  • I hit the "Likey Like" button hahaha, awesome ride.

  • @Motasaikuru Cool

  • Bradman This is a great video. Your actually riding how I want to ride. It shows me that I need to practice a bit more and your follow man is pretty sick also. Does he have a channel as well

  • @CJLittos Best tip: Trust your tyres. Ride a lot. If you only ride one day a week you only ever learn what you did the week before....if i have 2 weeks off i feel like a total noob when i get back on my bike lol...Ride ride ride and then ride some more.

Remember the only person you are trying to impress is your self..The best riders are the ones who die of old age not the fastest or the best wheelie-er.

You are already a good rider because you can ask for tips. Pride is a killer

    Thanks brother

  • @imusbbored76

You truley are a great man brother. I hope you know that. Thanks for the kind words. They make me want to hit the trails just that much more.

P.S. You're lucky I wasn't allowed to like your last video twice. So in a way, if you have red hair just know that it wasn't my fault lmao. Be safe bro

  • @CJLittos Ive got to make up for all the haters and self centred people of the world....Being nice to people is like a drug...And i am a junkie for it.

Its at 15 thumbs ups....I reckon uz are going to fail hehehehehe :) I will not cheat though and im going by the greenwich meridian line which will give you an extra 21hrs.

  • @CJLittos TheHyped1 is the Ducati riders channel....Its on my channels wall of awesome

  • Call me a nerd but Hyper's jacket is freakin badass! haha

  • @IIIEROCKIII Totally agree...except it has Ducati on it lol.

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet! :) You are so lucky to have such beautiful roads man! Not to mention a BEAST of a "boike" ;) I almost pulled the trigger on a Motorsport model about a week ago...but then the 2012 was revealed. Now I will have to wait...crap. haha

  • @IIIEROCKIII I wish i waited. That 2012 sounds like its going to be even better.
