the cause isn´t the ip adress. You can download a programme so you can use a korean ip adress. But you need a number on the pass of the kroean adults( auf deutsch sozialversicherungsnummer) and this number is the secret if a korean adult. Sry for my bad english

no actually they for everyone(the new stuff i mean), same with counter-strike.. they made counter-strike online for japan, china, korea etc. and there is about 10 new guns, 10 new maps and 10 new characters. and more are coming out each month or so :P
