There are hoodish parts of Plano, dont get shit twisted. I went to Armstrong, Williams and East, Ive seen every nook and cranny of that side of Plano. That being said, its really not that bad. Its all about perspective. Ive seen a lot of foul shit and dealt with the shady-ass police as well. The upper-middle to upper class parts of town overshadow the lower income parts in a major way.
