@kawaiiusagi11 i worked out the secret to this. just flick a smidgen late every time. because if you do it even a little early the perfect goes away, but you can do it quite late each time and still get a perfect.

Well, orginally, the game is Japanese right? So it shoud sound more natural. Think about it like this: They have to translate the words from Japanese to english, get the words with the music and get a singer. If you hear a song in it's regular language, then obviously it's gonna sound more natural than in another language.

I know what you mean, but really, it's cause you listen to something better than the english version, which makes the english version sound worse.

And yes, the game is about music, but not so much about singing. It's about Rhythm. And it's just a video game, so it's not like they're going to get some amazing pop star to sing the song.

Actually, yes they can. DS cards can hold tremendous amounts of data. Nintendo just can't be assed.

But you can look it up, compressed music files take up a huge amount of space, and most music-based games on the DS nearly max out the card.
