even though it doesnt really claim to target US citizens, just remember 1 thing...
the "patriot act" was the same way, yet it didn't stop them from targeting citizens.
be prepared folks, this could get real ugly.

@TheOffensiveuser look up S.3081 the 1st time they tried to pass this..it said americans globally/ said they could even round you up if they thought you had information they want..
